Tail of the Dragon
 The
Tail of the Dragon, commonly called Deals Gap, is an 11
mile stretch of US 129 in North Carolina and Tennessee,
that is one of the most famous and renowned locations
for motorcyclists and road enthusiasts in America. Ride

the roads more than 318 curves taking you through some
gorgeous sights and sounds as this famous stretch of
highway runs along the border of the Great Smoky
Mountains National park. Several of the curves have
frightening names, however most drivers and riders

for development, therefore there is never any traffic
turning off or onto the stretch, and the speed limit
remains at 30 miles per hour so that motorists can enjoy

like, Gravity Cavity, Beginner’s End and Brake, and
Wheelie Hell. These and other curves on the Tail of the
Dragon have been featured in a few Hollywood movie
